2. The horizontal and vertical slope of the shaker ground

When the equipment is installed, the longitudinal gradient is determined. The longitudinal gradient of the coarse sand area is 1~2, the fine sand area is 0.5~1.0, and the ore mud area has basically no gradient. The bed surface is inclined laterally by 1.5~5 from the feeding end to the opposite side. In the actual operation of the shaker, the longitudinal and lateral slopes of the shaker surface must be accurately controlled. Generally, when the mineral particles are relatively coarse, the lateral slope of the shaker floor should be appropriately increased. Conversely, if the mineral particles are very fine, the slope of the ground needs to be lowered. Generally, the lateral slope ranges of coarse sand area, fine sand area and ore slime area are 2.5~4.5, 1.5~3.5, 1~2 respectively.

3. Feeding granularity

The particle size of the ore must be appropriate. The upper limit of the input particle size is 2~3mm, and the lower limit is 0.037mm. Generally speaking, prior grading ensures uniform particle size at all levels, but in order to ensure uniform particle size at all levels of the shaker and the feeding particle size is within an appropriate range, it is necessary to observe the ore belt in the concentrate belt and check the tailings through ore washing.

4. Mineral supply

The size of the ore is related to the thickness of the raw material particle size. When the ore particles are coarse, the required feeding amount becomes larger. However, if too much is fed, it can cause banding problems. In this case, it is necessary to move the concentrate cutting plate and increase the lateral slope of the flushing water and the shaker surface. It should be noted that once the accurate ore feeding amount is found, it is necessary to continuously ensure the ore feeding process to keep it uniform.

5. Concentration of ore feeding

During the screening process, it is necessary to ensure proper feeding concentration. Generally speaking, the feeding concentration of coarse and fine-grained minerals is 20% ~ 30% and 15% ~ 25%, respectively. When the groove problem occurs on the rocking bed, the ore feeding concentration can be appropriately increased for adjustment; on the contrary, when sand hills appear, the ore feeding concentration needs to be reduced at this time. The ore concentration can be controlled by adjusting the water supply.

6. Washing water

The flushing water includes mineral water and flushing water. When operating the shaker, when the concentrate belt is narrowed and the concentrate appears to run into the medium mine, the amount of flushing water needs to be reduced; on the contrary, when an anhydrous film is exposed on the ground of the shaker, the amount of flushing water needs to be appropriately increased. To control the amount of washing water, the slurry flow rate and the narrow width of the concentrate belt must be carefully observed.
