At present, the used evaporation source is mainly divided into resistance heating, electronic beam heating, induction heading, electric arc heating, laser heating and many other modes.

Resistance heating type evaporation source: resistance-type evaporation sources are simple, economic and reliable, and have been applied universally. Heating materials of resistance heating type evaporation sources are generally selected from W, Mo, Ta, Nb and other high-melting-point metals as well as Ni and Ni-Cr alloy.

The evaporation source has the following features:
