With extremely low saturated vapor pressure, low thermal expansion coefficient and extremely good high-temperature strength, tungsten and molybdenum materials are the best choice for high-temperature in-furnace heating elements.

Usually, we recommend that the operating temperature of heater is not more than 2,000℃and the operating temperature of tungsten heating bodies is not more than 2,800℃.

The recrystallization temperature of tungsten and molybdenum heater mixed with lanthanum, aluminum and potassium is obviously improved, thus improving the creep resistance and the oxidation resistance at the same time.
