When the company was about to produce, our first batch of employees worked tirelessly every day on the work site under the scorching sun, sweat soaking in their clothes. When the equipment was introduced into the workshop, our staff took the plant as their home, leading the first batch of employees to start from a small screw production; they worked overtime, and installed the equipment according to the drawings carefully. When someone’s hand was injured, they said, “no retreat from the front for minor injuries!”, giving it a smile and then burying themselves into work again. They could not have meals eat regularly; when the lights were on and the sun set, they were still working on the site. We worked hard regardless of personal gains and losses. That is the Achemetal people; this is the spirit of Achemetal! With such staff, there is no reason that Achemetal cannot stand in the forefront of peers!
