Graphite Heating Automatic Vacuum Furnace Structure
It is generally composed of a main machine, a furnace, an electric heating device, a sealed furnace shell, a vacuum system, a power supply system, a temperature control system and a transport vehicle outside the furnace. The sealed furnace shell is welded with carbon steel or stainless steel, and the joint surface of the detachable parts is sealed with vacuum sealing materials. In order to prevent the furnace shell from deforming after heating and the sealing material from deteriorating due to heat, the furnace shell is generally cooled by water or air cooling. The furnace is located in the sealed furnace shell. According to the purpose of the furnace, different types of heating elements are installed inside the furnace, such as resistors, induction coils, electrodes and electron guns. The furnace of the vacuum furnace for melting metal is equipped with a crucible, and some are also equipped with automatic pouring devices and manipulators for loading and unloading materials. The vacuum system is mainly composed of a vacuum pump, a vacuum valve and a vacuum gauge.

However, the temperature difference of different parts of a large number of workpieces in the furnace is large. If rarefied gas forced circulation is used, it can still be controlled within the range of ±5°C.
