Second-hand vacuum heat treatment furnace strict vacuum sealing: As we all know, vacuum heat treatment of metal parts is carried out in a closed vacuum furnace. Therefore, obtaining and maintaining the original leakage rate of the furnace and ensuring the working vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace are of great significance to ensuring the quality of vacuum heat treatment of parts. Therefore, a key issue of the vacuum heat treatment furnace is to have a reliable vacuum sealing structure. In order to ensure the vacuum performance of the vacuum furnace, a basic principle must be followed in the structural design of the vacuum heat treatment furnace, that is, the furnace body should be airtightly welded, and at the same time, as few or no holes should be opened on the furnace body as possible, and dynamic sealing structures should be used less or avoided to minimize the chance of vacuum leakage. Components and accessories installed on the vacuum furnace body, such as water-cooled electrodes and thermocouple lead-out devices, must also be designed with sealing structures.
Most of the heating and insulation materials of the second-hand vacuum heat treatment furnace can only be used in a vacuum state: the heating and insulation linings of the vacuum heat treatment furnace work under vacuum and high temperature, so these materials are required to be resistant to high temperature, have low vapor pressure, good radiation effect, and low thermal conductivity. The requirements for anti-oxidation performance are not high. Therefore, vacuum heat treatment furnaces widely use tantalum, tungsten, molybdenum and graphite as heating and insulation materials. These materials are very easy to oxidize in the atmosphere, so conventional heat treatment furnaces cannot use these heating and insulation materials.
The water cooling device of the second-hand vacuum heat treatment furnace, the furnace shell, furnace cover, electric heating element conductor treatment (water-cooled electrode), intermediate vacuum insulation door and other components of the vacuum heat treatment furnace all work in a vacuum and heated state. Working under such extremely unfavorable conditions, it is necessary to ensure that the structure of each component is not deformed or damaged, and the vacuum sealing ring is not overheated or burned. Therefore, each component should be equipped with a water cooling device according to different situations to ensure that the vacuum heat treatment furnace can operate normally and have a sufficient service life.
