Due to the adoption of special annealing and setting processes, shielding produced by Achemetal have smooth model and uniform spacing among all the layers.

All the layers can be spaced by corrugated plates, U-shaped lattice bars or molybdenum wire springs and spacing rings, and can be fixed by molybdenum wires or tungsten wire cards as well as tungsten or molybdenum screws.

Achemetal can also press reinforcing ribs for screens with thinner walls, to enhance their strength.

With mature processes, Achemetal can manufacture inner side screens according with tungsten-tungsten, tungsten-molybdenum and molybdenum-molybdenum.
