In recent years, sapphire crystal growing products have been applied in the fields of LED, watch surfaces, mobile screens, etc., with rapid development. The production equipment of sapphire crystals is mainly divided into kyropoulos method, Czochralski method, heat exchange method, film guiding method, etc., with the main stream of the heat exchange method. In spite of any crystal growing method, sapphire crystals need to be produced by melting Al2O3 raw material at 2,050℃ and then crystallizing the melt material into single crystals by cooling, so parts bearing high temperature in the sapphire crystal growing equipment must be formed by tungsten-molybdenum materials with extremely good high-temperature performance, which are generally called thermal fields.
