Plum blossom from the bitter cold
Source:
“Out of the bitterness of wind and frost, comes the fragrance of plum blossom”. Everyone is respectful to plum blossom. Speaking of Achemetal Tungsten & Molybdenum Co., Ltd. (“Achemetal” for short), we cannot help having the same feeling.
Li Yiqing commented that life is like rolling a snowball. As the snowball is getting bigger and bigger, it will get melt if you stop rolling it. Similarly, people should keep making progress and keep fighting! The growth of the company embodies such a philosophy of life. What we are seeing right now is the neat and tidy workshops, what we hear is the rumbling sound of equipment, and the quality of the products that our customers trust. It is hard to imagine that she is just a new company established in October 2005 and was put into production in April 2006. It only took more than a year that the company has achieved such fruitful results.
Achemetal follows the development path of seizing the market through technology while making scale development according to the market needs in a steady and step-by-step manner. As long as the products are elaborately made, and the quality is improved, customers will come, and the equipment will be gradually put in place. When the company was about to produce, our first batch of employees worked tirelessly every day on the work site under the scorching sun, sweat soaking in their clothes. From their persevering face, we saw the pursuit and dream of Achemetal people! When the equipment was introduced into the workshop, our staff took the plant as their home, leading the first batch of employees to start from a small screw production; they worked overtime, and installed the equipment according to the drawings carefully. When someone’s hand was injured, they said, “no retreat from the front for minor injuries!”, giving it a smile and then burying themselves into work again. They could not have meals eat regularly; when the lights were on and the sun set, they were still working on the site. We worked hard regardless of personal gains and losses. That is the Achemetal people; this is the spirit of Achemetal! With such staff, there is no reason that Achemetal cannot stand in the forefront of peers!
A person from Baoji who works at the company said that he was proud of working at Achemetal. Imagine that on the long platform of the train station, their loved ones were saying goodbye to them, tears in their eyes. They cherished nothing but the same ideal - to find their value in Achemetal. They say, “as long as Achemetal achieves development, the main theme of our life begins!”
Plum blossom comes from bitter cold. After the baptism of harsh winter, when all the rest flowers withered, the only flower that gives off refreshing fragrance is plum blossom! If Achemetal people only scratched the surface, did not reflect on themselves deeply, did not keep alert of risks while living in safety, did not consider the customer’s interests, perhaps its development would become empty talk. There will be hardships in everything, and there is no easy success. Hookely Croy said “It is no use crying over spilled milk.” There may be some problems with our products in production, but we must have the confidence to carefully analyze the problems, identify the crux of the problem, promote teamwork, and draw upon the strong points of peers and learn from them; in this way, the problems can always be solved. If you encounter difficulties and shrink from them, we will loss one market opportunity after another.
Achemetal people are working hard. They believe that plum blossom comes from bitter cold; Achemetal people are in exploration. They believe that without passing through the road full of thorns, how can they reach the realm of “reaching the top and holding all mountains in a single glance?”
