Bar turned crucibles are formed by turning high-quality bars of our company, and feature high density, no crack and sand hole inside, bright surfaces, uniform color and luster as well as accurate dimensions.
Spinned crucibles are made of high-quality plates through exclusive spinning crucible equipment of our company. The spinning crucibles of our company feature accurate appearance, uniform thickness transition, smooth surface, high purity, strong creep resistance, etc.
Welded crucibles are formed by welding high-quality tungsten plates and molybdenum plates through sheet metal working and vacuum welding technologies. The welded crucibles of our company feature good roundness, smooth welding seams, good firmness, no air leakage, etc.
Sintered crucibles are made of high-quality tungsten powder and molybdenum powder through strict screening, mixing, blank setting, pressing, powder turning and other processes, with scientific control over sintering temperature gradient and long insulation time. In cooperation with a hot isostatic pressing process, the crucibles can achieve the features of high density, fine crystal grains and good molding.
